International Customer Support Agent - English

Job Type: Part – Time (will be working afternoon and night shifts)
Main task:
- Handling inbound & outbound international calls concerning requests of our partners & customers
Basic Requirements:
- English Native speaker
- Fluent in Greek
- University or equivalent degree
- Previous working experience in a Call Centre will be considered a plus
- Results driven, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent IT Skills, ECDL Core/Expert certification will be considered an asset
