The PEOPLECERT workforce consists of more than 100 highly qualified and specialized employees and 1000 long-term partners.
The educational level of our Human Resources is particularly high, 70% of which hold post-graduate degrees. As far as gender is concerned, 53% of the employees are female and the remaining 47% are male. Age-wise, 25% falls in the 18-25 age group, 43% are 26 to 35 and 28% are aged 36-45.

The nature of our work – Human Resources Certification – is inextricably linked to people, because at PEOPLECERT we all work towards a society where everyone will have equal access to knowledge – knowledge that contributes to eradicating social exclusion, to fortifying social cohesion and to creating a society of equal opportunities for all.
The sense of duty we feel towards society as a whole can be clearly discerned in our Vision, Mission and Ideals and these are the focus of our Corporate Culture and strategic aims.
The Human Resources Policies move along the same lines and are in full accordance with the SA 8000 standard.

Policies
Our attention to the employees and Human Resource management policies are linked to the concepts of on-going training and growth, encouragement and support of initiatives and open communication aiming at the creation of a top-quality working environment that respects, appreciates, supports and helps the employee to develop.

When attracting and selecting staff, we place emphasis on matching the candidate to the position, evaluating both the candidates’ skills as well as their ability to respond to the Group’s Vision, Mission and Values.

Policies for setting, managing and increasing employee salaries and benefits are transparent, objective and consistent. Apart from steady salaries, we employ a system of multiple benefits, which number more than 50, such as annual bonuses for everyone, in combination with goal achievement rewards, various bonuses, hospital and medication health plans and a company cafeteria, among many others.

With the belief that open communication plays a significant role in the effort to understand and improve the work environment, we use a variety of means to promote it, such as an internal newsletter, briefing sessions, company events and an annual Employee Satisfaction Study, which proved to be an effective means of evaluation from the very first day it was implemented, leading to significant decisions and crucial improvements in the workplace.
