Quality Standards

The quality of services offered by PEOPLECERT Group regards all company activities and transactions at all levels. This section includes all Accreditations and Quality Certificates received by the Group and its companies for the operation and services.

Our organization follows us since 2003 a strict Quality Management System for all its activities with more than 400 procedures and normative documents to ensure the proper functioning of the Group, the Test Center, the Candidates, the Partners.

Our certifications by leading international certification body Lloyd's Register, reaffirm the importance we attach to quality in our business practices, procedures and generally in our products and services.


  • Certification of Operating Procedures in accordance with the standard BS EN ISO 9001:2003
  • Certification for Complaint Management and Customer Satisfaction according to the standard ISO 10002
  • Certification for Environmental Management in accordance with standard ISO 14001
  • Certification for Information Security according to the standard ISO 27001
  • Certification for the Use of Information Technology in the assessments according to standard ISO 23988
  • Certification for Business Continuity according to the standard ISO 22301
