A. Byron Nicolaides
President & Managing Director

Byron Nicolaides graduated from the Hellenic Zografeio Lykeio (in Istanbul), studied Business Administration at the Bosphorus University (BA Hons) and completed his post-graduate studies at La Verne University. He settled in Greece in 1981 and developed a variety of businesses until 1987, when he became a high-ranking executive at Merrill Lynch Inc., which he left in 1992, having achieved the position of International Vice President, to pursue other business interests. In 1994, he founded Interfranchise S.A., signaling the beginning of a series of activities in the service sector, the most significant being Futurekids (Computer Skills training). In 2000, he founded the company ECDL Hellas, which, after a successful stint of ten years, evolved into today’s PEOPLECERT Group, holding a leading position in the certification of knowledge and skills field. He is an active member of the European Community of Professional Informatics and is General Secretary the Council of European Professional Informatics Societies (CEPIS) while he has been elected member of the Board of Directors of ECDL (Dublin), Vice-President of the Hellenic Professionals Informatics Societies (HePis), and Vice-President of the International Personnel Certification Association (IPC). He is fluent in Greek, English and Turkish and also speaks French and German. Ηe is married and has two children.

Constantinos Kesentes
General Manager

Constantinos Kesentes was born in Istanbul in 1965 and holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the University of Patras specialising in Electronics, Informatics & Telecommunications. During his postgradua-te studies he dealt with the theme of "Use of Neural Networks in Optical Character Recognition", under joined R&D projects of Siemens and the University of Patras. He has more than 20 years of experience in senior management positions in the ICT and Personnel Certification sectors. He was one of the Founding Members and top executives of Knowledge S.A. for 15 years, an Information and Telecommunications company, member of SingularLogic Group, initially in the position of the Technical Director and the Chief Executive Officer at a later stage. He is a member of the Board of the Hellenic Association of Accredited Certification and Inspection Bodies (HellasCert) and the Hellenic Professionals Informatics Societies Association (HEPIS) and he has served the Federation of Hellenic Information Technology & Communications Enterprises (SEPE) as General Secretary. He speaks Greek, English and Turkish and is married with three children.

Panagiotis Fiabolis
Product Research & Development & ICT Manager

Panagiotis Fiabolis is a graduate of the Evelpidon Military Academy, the Programming School of the United States Army Signal Corps and the War College. He holds a degree in Management Information Systems and Strategy Studies (Centre Etudient Diplomatique Strategique) and an MSc in Computer Science (Naval Postgraduate School, USA). He has served as Tank Squadron Commander, Management & Control Automated Systems Designer and Professor of Informatics.

With a first degree in philosophy and postgraduate degrees in EFL teaching methodology, translation and applied linguistics, George Vassilakis has held Academic Director positions in major foreign language institutions. He has written numerous EFL coursebooks and has also been involved in teacher training as a CELTA and DELTA tutor. He was born in 1967 and speaks English and German.

Marina Petritsi holds a MSc in Marketing & Communication from the Athens University of Economics and a degree in Industrial Computer Science from the Technological Educational Institute of Piraeus. Marina Petritsi started her career in Education in 1996 working for Avgerinopoulou Group. In 2002 she worked for Computer International Group as Development Franchise Manager, before coming to PEOPLECERT Group as Network Manager. Marina Petritsi speaks English and German.

Marios Molfetas
Marketing & Communication Manager

Marios Molfetas has a degree in Physics and an MSc in Business Management. He has worked as an  e-business Consultant and Business Development Manager as well as Researcher on e-business topics. He joined PEOPLECERT as New Business Development Manager in 2009 and he is now PEOPLECERT Group Product Manager.

Graduate of Athens College, Dimitris Nicolaides holds a BSc in Management Science from The University of Warwick and MSc in Analysis, Design and Management of Information Systems from London School of Economics. He has considerable experience in the education and certification market, in project management and business development. He is a founding member of BCS Hellenic Chapter and likes technology and sports. Dimitris joined PEOPLECERT Group in 2008 and speaks Greek, English and French.

Panorea Theleriti
Quality and Exams Manager

Panorea Theleriti has a BA in Chemical Engineering from the Athens Polytechnic School and a post-graduate degree in Overall Quality Management from the Department of Organization and Business Administration from the University of Piraeus. She has served as Quality Consultant for major Greek firms, focusing on managing systems in accordance with ISO standards and ELOT standards as well as a Certified Internal Auditor.

He holds a Degree in Athletics from the Athens University. Dimitris Notas started his career in Pizza Hut in 1993. In 1998 he moved in P&K National Securities as Customer Care Manager and he has worked in Newsphone Hellas as Contact Center Manager and in Avon Cosmetics Group as Operation & Call Center Manager. Dimitris joined PEOPLECERT Group in 2006.

Vassiliki Mandilara
Administrative Services Manager

Vassiliki Mandilara holds a degree in Business Administration from the Financial and Business Administration Institute of Patras. She has considerable experience in the Education and Certification market and she has held various positions in top companies of the Private and Public sector before coming to the PEOPLECERT Group in 2004.
