 I would like to express my gratitude to the professional and administrative staff at City & Guilds, Greece for all their support and quality assistance they offer school teachers and students alike. The teacher development seminars are always enlightening and provide us with valuable tips and materials which enhance our work and help us develop our teaching skills.
 I especially wish to thank all those involved in examination administration for their instant response in accommodating my students' needs. In particular, a large number of students from the school I run were not willing to sit their B2 and C2 Exams in May 2010 as the date coincided with their High School examinations. After addressing this concern to the administration staff, they immediately responded by arranging to hold exams in July 2010 exclusively for the students of my school, here in Rhodes. This proved to be extremely helpful as they had sufficient time to prepare for the exams and consequently their performance was much better than expected. The fact that paper-based exams can be held as frequently as 6 times a year is a huge relief for both students and parents, as there is no need to wait for months to take an exam. I now look forward to exploring the benefits of the computer based testing options made available by City & Guilds.
