City & Guilds Vocational Qualifications are divided into two categories:
1) Business Skills and
2) International Vocational Qualifications
Τhe City & Guilds Business Skills suite of qualifications is aligned with international training and employment standards and has been designed according to the marketplace so that it corresponds to candidates’ different needs. It can offer a competitive edge to the certificate holder and encourage more specialized training. The City & Guilds Business Skills qualification does not require lengthy preparation and offers the necessary skills suited to an employee of a modern-day business.
Τhe City & Guilds International Vocational Qualifications (IVQs) certify the candidates’ theoretical knowledge as well as their practical skills so that they can meet the demands of any job. They are designed in collaboration with employers and experts, testing knowledge and skills, and targeting the international marketplace. They cover a broad range of professional fields such as hairdressing, beauty therapy, tourism, telecommunications and retailing, among many others. The International Vocational Qualifications (IVQs) are available at three (3) levels:
- Certificate,
- Diploma και
- Advanced Diploma.
