Office Procedures (2 levels)candidates must take the following steps in order to acquire the abovementioned qualifications:
STEP 1: To register for the exams for the Customer Service, Office Procedures and Business Studies exams, candidates must contact a City & Guilds Authorized Exam Centre, choosing the one that best suits their needs from the list of City & Guilds Authorized Exam Centres.
STEP 2: Candidates register for exams at the City & Guilds Authorized Exam Centre of their choice and then arrive for their scheduled exam, making sure they have valid identification with them.
STEP 3: Candidates sit the exam at the City & Guilds Authorized Exam Centre of their choice.
STEP 4: Exams results are issued approximately 4 weeks following the exam. If the candidate has passed the exam, the certificate is issued by the City & Guilds Organisation in the UK and is posted to the candidate two to four weeks after results have been issued.
